At Able Staffing we value the networks both our candidates and clients have built up during their careers and we’re always delighted to be referred candidates from within those networks, which is why we have a referral scheme.
How does the referral scheme work?
It’s simple! As a registered candidate or client, you qualify when you refer a relevant candidate, who is looking for a new role. The candidate must not already be registered with Able Staffing. If the candidate is successful and gets the role, you will bag yourself £100 in Love 2 Shop vouchers. It really is that simple!
How do I refer someone?
Ask the candidate to contact one of our friendly bunch, quoting your name. Alternatively, you can get in touch with us directly and pass on their name and contact details (make sure you have their permission first, we don’t want you getting in trouble!) and we’ll be in touch within the next 72 hours if we think they’re suitable for the role (or any other positions we may be working on).
Then you can let us do the rest. Time for you to sit back, relax and wait for the money to come in…easy!
Terms and Conditions:
- £100 Love 2 Shop voucher sent via Royal Mail, per successful single referral,to the referrer.
- Permanent placements – the referrer will receive their voucher when the referee has successfully completed their probation period (length of probation period to be confirmed once employment contract has been signed).
- Contract placements – the referrer will receive their voucher when 30 fully chargeable days have been successfully completed.
- The candidatemust not already be registered with Able Staffing.
- To qualify, your referee must be placed within 6 months of registration.
- The candidatemust be eligible to work in the UK.
- We may ask you to write a testimonial and take a photo to use for PR purposes only. Please note, we will not share your personal details with any 3rd parties
