Looking for a new role or looking for temporary work?

ABLE Staffing works alongside private day nurseries, children’s centres, montessori schools, after school clubs, play schemes and nursery schools located all over the UK. From large groups to independent venues, we can find you great options.

Looking for temporary flexible work?

Are you looking for the odd day now and then to fit in with other commitments such as childcare or university? Or an ongoing placement somewhere?

You will register with one of our friendly consultants, where they will discuss your experience and requirements and gain some more information from you such as references. You will then have an Induction with one of our team who have worked in Nurseries to discuss what will be expected of you. If you require a DBS we will also go through this process with you and you will be contacted for work once you are fully compliant (DBS, Reference checks, Training etc).

Once you are ready to work and your consultant will contact you to welcome you onboard and let you know about upcoming shifts. Then every week on a Thursday you need to contact us to let us know your availability for the following week.

Our Hiring Process

Securing an exciting new role through ABLE Staffing is a simple process that consists of progressing through 5 steps, which are:

• Fill in our online Application Form
• Complete our Pre-Vet phone call process
• Undergo compliance checks, including Enhanced DBS, Right to Work, and References
• Have one of our friendly consultants guide you through our Video Introduction
• Read through the Welcome Pack we’ll send you via email, which will contain all the information you need to find the perfect role to suit your skills, experience, and ambitions

Successful applicants will then be matched to the perfect opportunities for them and given the support to excel in their new position!

Nursery Nurse (Qualified)

We’re looking for the best workers in the business to help us support our rapidly increasing client base across the UK.

Offering a salary of up to £13 per hour, our Nursery Nurse positions are fantastic opportunities to secure flexible and rewarding positions in the Childcare industry.

Nursery Assistant (Unqualified)

If you’re looking to gain experience in a childcare setting, our Nursery Assistant roles can help you build your dream childcare career! These roles offer flexible work and a salary of up to £13 per hour, depending on age, experience, and qualification levels.

We are currently looking for staff who can work anywhere from 1-5 days a week, on shift patterns that usually start at 8/9am and finish at 5/6pm. These schedules mean that the available roles offer not just flexibility, but sociable hours that allow you to live your life alongside your work.

Early Years Teacher (Qualified)

Are you a qualified Early Years Teacher looking for more suitable working conditions while remaining in the childcare and education industry?

At ABLE Staffing, we offer flexible shifts for all Early Years Teachers and are always looking for staff who can work anywhere between 1-5 days a week. With salaries of up to £13 per hour on offer, these positions deliver financial rewards as well as emotional ones, so make sure to contact us if you feel you’re the right fit!
