Salary £23,500 – £26,000 per annum
40 Hours over 5 days
This Nursery is currently looking for a Head of room for Babies to work as part of the management team. You’ll provide professional leadership to all staff members and maintain the highest standards of care and education. Ideally, they would like someone with exceptional experience of leading a baby room team previously.

What will you be doing:
• Promote high standards of quality within the nursery and your room
• Ensure the effective implementation of the nursery key person procedures and allocate children to key people appropriately
• Support and supervise team within the room with their day-to-day duties
• Provide professional, relevant feedback to parents/carers about their child
• Ensure that nursery practices and provisions meet the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Undertake a shared responsibility for health safety and cleanliness
• Ensure that planning meetings take place regularly
• Identifying and addressing the individual training needs of team
• Develop open and positive working relationships with team
• Ensure that all staff develop and maintain friendly and professional relationships with parents and carers
